REFUND POLICY

At ExerVid, we are committed to delivering high-quality cinematic product visuals. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. 


1. DIGITAL SERVICES — NO REFUND AFTER DELIVERY

Because our visuals are custom-produced digital deliverables, we do not offer refunds once your files have been delivered. All sales are final upon delivery. This policy exists because significant time and AI computing resources are invested in producing each visual specifically for your brand and product. 


2. ELIGIBLE EXCEPTIONS

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following strictly defined circumstances: 


  • We fail to deliver your assets within the agreed timeframe (24 hours for The Single Note and The Signature Line packages; 48 hours for The Fragrance House package), through no fault of your own. 


  • The delivered files contain a fundamental technical error that cannot be resolved through the included minor revision (e.g., the wrong product is featured). To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at support@exervid.com within 5 business days of delivery with a clear description of the issue. 


3. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued for: 


  • Change of mind after the digital assets have been delivered. 


  • Dissatisfaction with creative style, lighting, or mood (these elements are established via your initial onboarding brief and are not covered by revisions). 


  • Errors in product photos or information submitted by the customer. 


4. REVISIONS INSTEAD OF REFUNDS

In most cases, technical concerns about your deliverables can be resolved through the included minor revision (which strictly covers technical errors, not full creative changes). If you notice a technical error in your delivered files, please contact us at support@exervid.com before requesting a refund so we can work to resolve the issue. 


5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email support@exervid.com with the following: 


  • Your name and email address used for the order. 


  • A description of the issue. 


  • Any relevant screenshots or files. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
