REFUND POLICY

At ExerVid, we are committed to delivering high-quality cinematic product videos. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. DIGITAL SERVICES — NO REFUND AFTER DELIVERY

Because our videos are custom-produced digital deliverables, we do not offer refunds once your videos have been delivered. All sales are final upon delivery.

This policy exists because significant time and resources are invested in producing each video specifically for your brand and product.


  1. ELIGIBLE EXCEPTIONS

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

We fail to deliver your scheduled weekly video within the agreed weekly timeframe, through no fault of your own.

The delivered videos contain a fundamental error that cannot be resolved through the included revision (e.g., the wrong product is featured).

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at support@exervid.com within 5 business days of delivery with a clear description of the issue.


  1. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after videos have been delivered.

Dissatisfaction with creative style, pacing, or mood (these are addressed through the included revision).

Failure to submit product photos or complete the onboarding form in a timely manner.

Errors in product photos or information submitted by the customer.


  1. REVISIONS INSTEAD OF REFUNDS

In most cases, concerns about your videos can be resolved through the included revision. If you are unsatisfied with your delivered videos, please contact us at support@exervid.com before requesting a refund so we can work to resolve the issue.


  1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email support@exervid.com with the following:

Your name and email address used for the order.

A description of the issue.

Any relevant screenshots or files.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
