TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExerVid's services, operated by EMIRACMA DIGITAL LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
SERVICES
ExerVid provides AI-powered cinematic video production services for niche fragrance and high-end cosmetic brands. Upon purchase, you submit your product photo(s) via our onboarding form, and we deliver finished short-form videos to you digitally within the stated delivery timeframe.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All purchases are made in USD on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. You authorize us to charge the listed price to your selected payment method. All sales are final upon delivery of the completed videos.
DELIVERY
Standard delivery operates on a subscription schedule, with one (1) new cinematic video delivered weekly, provided your onboarding form and product photo(s) are completed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery is made digitally via Google Drive or email link.
REVISIONS
Each order includes one (1) minor revision per video. Revisions are limited to correcting product visual errors (e.g., incorrect product appearance). Revisions do not cover changes to style, pacing, mood, music, or creative direction. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
REFUND POLICY
Please refer to our Refund Policy below for full details. In general, we do not offer refunds after videos have been delivered. If you have concerns about your order, contact us at support@exervid.com within 5 business days of delivery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
By submitting product photos and using our services, you confirm that:
You own or have the right to use all product images you submit.
Your products and brand do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
You will not use our videos for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the delivered videos for your business's marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and websites.
We retain the right to use anonymized or generalized versions of our production process (not your specific brand videos) in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMIRACMA DIGITAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, engagement rates, or sales outcomes from the use of our videos.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at exervid.com/terms. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
